Our Core Values
We LOVE coffee. Our philosophy is simple, we focus on quality, balance in the cup & consistency. Our partnership with European Best coffee roasters, combined with the diligent refinement of our craft allows us to extract shots with some of the highest scoring coffees in the world.
We are honoured to share them with you.
We Pursue Excellence
We only use Organic Milk produced in Ireland and certified by the National Dairy Council. The NDC mission is to support Irish dairy farmers by driving the positive position and consumption of Irish milk, based on informed scientific evidence.
Needless to say, Organic Milk, further enhances our brewed coffees.
making locals the heroes
We are proud supporters of the Irish Food Industry. Supporting indigenous and artisan producers makes sense. Our commitment to supporting the Irish economy on a national and local basis has been at the centre of our business from the beginning.
Where possible we endeavour to use local & Irish products.
What is speciality coffee?
Coffee which scores 80 points or above on a 100-point scale is graded “speciality.” Speciality coffees are grown in special and ideal climates, and are distinctive because of their full cup taste and little to no defects. The unique flavours and tastes are a result of the special characteristics and composition of the soils in which they are produced.
Today, traceability and sustainability are honoured and near-requisite facets of our industry.

WE CARE ABOUT OUR PLANET EARTH
The impact on our daily lives is not always visible. An oil-based plastic lid for your cup has been 180,000,000 years in the making, and will spend hundreds more in a landfill site.
By contrast, our lids are made from cornstarch PLA, fully compostable and will decompose in ~ 180 days! All our cups are fully compostable and branded using vegetable based ink – no oils, no harm to the environment.
You will receive a different 250 grams bag of single origin coffee each month, (6 or 12 months subscription), along with tasting notes and brewing tips according to your method of making coffee.
We will post your monthly coffee end of the 2nd week of the month. Free Postage to anywhere within Republic of Ireland.
We sell a large range of coffee beans, from our house espresso, swiss water decaf to some of the most stunning single origins we serve at the brew bar.
We stock a full range of home brewing equipment, from AeroPress/Drip Coffee, coffee grinders to replacement parts.
